On February 25, 2026, three Capital Region based clubs came together to form the Upstate Premier League (UPL).

The UPL is an adult men’s soccer league that runs during the summer months (May - August).

The goal of the UPL is create a community of local soccer clubs that build competition, entertainment, and progression toward a new amateur soccer landscape.

Clubs in the UPL host their own home matches and travel within the Capital Region for their away ones.
